Yes. We are very adaptive. The only limitation is the geography of the area (e.g., no sea caves in the mountains). We usually recommend choosing a region and tailoring activities to that environment, but we are happy to discuss bespoke needs.

It is your choice. We cater for everything from single day trips to week-long residential programmes.

We use different types of accommodation in various locations across Wales and the UK depending on your budget and needs (e.g., bunkhouses, camping, hostels). We will discuss this with you to ensure the facilities match your requirements.

Our Instructors are trained to deal with various medical needs, including diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, and autism. We are inclusive and adaptable. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly (e.g., waterproof containers for medication).

Not at all. We provide safety equipment (buoyancy aids/life jackets) which means everyone floats. We often find our water activities help students overcome fears and build water confidence in a safe environment.

No, we provide full-length winter wetsuits for all sizes (from small child to XXXL adult) to keep you warm and comfortable all year round. Students are welcome to bring their own if they prefer, subject to instructor check.
