Why SUP?
Stand-up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is exploding in popularity. It's a fantastic workout that uses your arms, legs, and core, yet remains accessible for all abilities.
Whether you are looking for a sedate wildlife safari or a session filled with splashes and excitement, we have a trip for you. And remember—it's not essential to stand! Many people enjoy kneeling or sitting, especially when starting out.
