Leadership Experience

 

Adventure beyond have been working with operation team leader in developing a leadership experience like no other. team build

 

The event is run in the heart of south Wales in the Brecon Beacons. 

 

The location for the event is in a 1500 acre forest.

 

The event is run over 2 days and 3 nights.

 

We have a fully equipped lecture room, fresh well prepared and hot food is on hand to help body an mind keep working.

 

The staff who work on the event all have  a vast amount of leadership experience. This has been gained from

The police

The military

Running there own companies

Working in and for other companies

University lecturing

Reading

Trial and error.

 

The accommodation can be a choice from the following:

  • Hotels 2 – 5 star

 

  • Bunk houses

 

  • Army Officers experience

This is were we use a military facility to accommodate you.  The rooms are large and warm; the showers are very good the food is designed to help you work all day. 

 

At the end of this event we will have a silver service dinner for the teams in the officer’s mess and this is the only way to complete an amazing event. 

 

During the event we will give you knowledge of leadership skills and how to carry them out with success. Such skills include:team building

  • Briefing
  • Planning
  • Delegating 
  • Doing
  • Reviewing
  • Debriefing

 

We have a lot of very good tasks and challenges to make you think and get your leadership skills working.

 

Every person in the team will be able to lead a task, after this you will get a full debrief using video, the debrief will be with the team and our staff.  We will get out of you the information and then you and your team can transfer this information back to your work place. 

 

This event has been proven to make a big difference to the company’s success and out put.  We have been lucky enough to be able to measure the improvement of some of the teams we have worked with. 

 

Too many people do as they have done for years and don’t think if there may be an easier way to do it.

 

With the use of email there is little talking done to the team, can you communicate with your team in the right way with email. Communication is the most important thing the team needs from the leader.
