This event is designed to fit in with your busy diary; we can bring the equipment to a location near you and run the day from there.
Our aim during the day is to get the mind working and the team thinking outside the box.
By the end of the day we hope you will go home a changed team with a new appreciation for each other.
You will know the names of all the people who come to the event, you will gain some ideas how they work, you will spot some strengths and weaknesses in the team.
The tasks are fun and we hope most are very unique to us. Each task is designed to encourage team development.
A team will go through many phases:
STORMING, NORMING AND PREFORMING
We will help you on the way and during the day should able to push you through all three stages, then back at the work place when the performing is needed you should able to look back and work out how to get through the days challenges.
