You can browse our site without disclosing any personal data to us. Any links to third party web sites are covered by the third parties privacy policies.
We do not allow the automatic logging of your personal data in order to email you any advertisement literature, digitally or otherwise.
We will only store information about you to allow us to proceed with your enquiry and in order to provide you with a service.
On some of our trips and expeditions it will be necessary for us to pass on your personal details in order to obtain permits or other like documents. Invariably we have to provide your name and address and passport number. However sometimes we are asked to provide your contact details such as your telephone number and email address. We normally do this without asking for your direct permission. We assume that you consent to this action unless you inform us otherwise. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any objection to this action.
On our trips and expeditions we will request that you supply us with digital or hard copies of your passport and your personal details in order to complete client dossiers, manifests or emergency contact lists. These will be destroyed on the completion of your holiday with us.
We are required to record your medical information and any conditions you may have. Such information will be dealt with the utmost sensitivity and will only be allowed to be viewed by staff dealing or leading your trip.
