White water rafting is one of our most popular activities, and it's easy to see why.

With just the right mix of exhilarating fast water and gentle paddling, our white water rafting sessions are the best introduction to this adrenalin packed sport. We have some of the best white water in the UK - the main course we use was the venue for the British Championships in December 2008.

This is a physical activity for all the family, and our required minimum age is 8 years. We are licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service to provide to provide white water rafting to unaccompanied under 18's, so this makes a great activity for school's and colleges.

After a short but informative brief you'll need to work as a team to control the raft, as within seconds of launching you'll be making your first drops into real white water!

All equipment is provided, including a warm winter wetsuit, toasty gloves and hoods as required, and a buoyancy aid and helmet as standard. You're required to provide your own socks and trainers to get wet in, swimwear (to wear under the wetsuit), towel and food on full day trips.

This is a GUANRANTEED GET WET activity so we recommend you bring warm clothing and hats, hot drinks etc for the finish. Our sessions run from one location to the other, and the minimum course length is around 10km/2.5 hours on water.
